Still very shack from yesterday punishment...my whole body aching like nobody's business...today final match for the "B" boys and also the final game for the sec 4's this year..hope tat they will continue to play water polo as it is the best water sport EVER MADE!!(my opinion)

today played against ACS(I) got trash like mad...score 28-0...

was the worst game i ever played...

was not in the best of form...at all, some more gt kick like at less 20 times in the game, now my leg aching like SHIT!!!

got scolding by couch BIG TIME!!!did warm down than change and went back sch...went for training...got more scolding and scolding...swim dunno hw many laps(sprinting) nearly died but had to endure the punishment as we didn't played well...had debrief...went back home and started blogging...

just started making a blog...

we played against SAS...i played as winger,the team atmosphere was very dense...entered the pool getting my eyes stung with chlorine...very pain...
game started...SAS got ball possession but very fast we counter them...we scored the 1st goal thx to yu shen!!!but then SAS caught up and equalise...after 1st quater the score was 2-1(SAS leading)
2nd quater they scored...making the gap between us wider and wider and wider...3rd quater i gt my 2nd major and continued playing...then in the last quater i gt my 3rd major and gt sack for the whole game but also didnt affect the team as only a minute remain....

2day go church did stuff...had some prayer meet then when home and sleep...
2morow is de last match for "C"division polo member...against ACS(I) muz give 250%(following jon) and apply what we were taught during the training...hoping to keep de score line low....polo member we must show them we are not some push over!!or even underdogs!!!I must give it my best!!
